Facilitator Resource License
Materials made available through the Certified Facilitator Portal — including the Facilitator Manual, Participant Workbook framework, and all 50 standardized forms (English and French) — are proprietary resources of The Covenant Marriage Care Institute.
Authorized Use
These materials are provided solely to authorized Certified Marriage Preparation Facilitators for use within the scope of their active Institute credential.
Prohibited Use
Materials may not be publicly posted, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or shared outside authorized Institute use.
Credential-Based Access
Access to proprietary resources is tied to active credential status and may be limited or revoked if credential status lapses or is revoked.
Sensitive Content Handling
Certain forms address sensitive matters (e.g., sexual history, mental health, addiction, legal history, family secrets). Facilitators must handle all completed documentation according to Institute confidentiality standards — separate from this public blank-form license.
