Apply to be reviewed for inclusion in the Covenant Marriage Care Institute Wedding Officiant Network. Approved officiants may be listed in our public directory so couples can contact them directly for wedding services.

Who May Apply?

Ordained ministers who are legally authorized to solemnize marriages, and commissioned notaries where state law authorizes notaries to perform marriages.

Proof Is Required

Applicants must submit current documentation supporting the legal basis under which they intend to officiate weddings.

$97 Annual Active Fee

The $97 annual fee is paid as part of the application process and is renewed every year to remain active in the Wedding Officiant Network.

Important legal notice: Approval by The Covenant Marriage Care Institute does not ordain an applicant, create legal authority to solemnize marriages, or replace state/local requirements. Each officiant is responsible for confirming and maintaining their legal authority in every jurisdiction where they perform ceremonies. Notary authority to solemnize marriages varies by state.

5. Annual Fee & Applicant Agreements

I certify that the information and documents submitted are true, current, and accurate. I understand that I am personally responsible for knowing and complying with marriage solemnization laws in every state, county, or jurisdiction where I serve. I agree to maintain the ordination, notary commission, or other legal authority on which my eligibility is based and to notify the Institute if it expires, is suspended, revoked, or materially changes. If approved and active, I authorize the Institute to publish my approved profile photo (if provided), name, organization (if any), short bio, service areas, email address, and phone number in the Find a Wedding Officiant directory. I understand that the $97 annual fee is required with this application and every year thereafter. Payment does not guarantee approval, and my listing will remain active only while my Institute approval and annual payment status are current. I agree to conduct myself professionally, honestly, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable law and Institute standards.

Your legal documents are stored privately for Institute review. After you submit this form, you will be redirected to Stripe to pay the required $97 annual fee. Your application is not complete until payment is made. The $97 fee renews annually to remain active.
